Why Tom McKerley wrote Bloodlines

As a youngster, I had the desire to be a journalist. In those days, I will not mention the time period, it was extremely difficult to enter the media world in Scotland unless you had close family contacts in the industry. So, maybe the writing need surfaced again all these years later.
