It seems Véronique Martin-Place has been working hard at promoting Finding your Feet in Chicago: The Essential Guide for Expat Families (Summertime Publishing 2012) because she’s popping up everywhere! Here’s a list of some recent publicity for her family guide to the Windy City:

– In an interview with Isabelle (a French expat in Kansas City and the blogger behind FromSidetoSide.com), Véronique discusses her family’s expat travels, the most notable cultural differences between the US and France, and why she wrote her book in English. Find the interview (in French) here.

– Véronique was recently interviewed by DisplacedNation.com, which is run by four global nomads who “share a passion for what [they] call the ‘displaced life’ of global residency and travel”. In the interview she chats about Chicago’s pizza (she’s not a fan) and the consumerism of both the USA and China (where she has since moved)… among other things. Read the full interview here.

–  Véronique has also written a guest post for WriterAbroad.com in which she discusses how she went about getting her first book for expats published. Read it here.
